I'm a visionary leader and experienced statistician serving as Head of R&D and Co-Director at NYABAMU Enterprises Uganda Limited. With an academic foundation in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University, I bridge the gap between demanding data analysis and the technology built to act on it.
As a key architect of NYABAMU's strategic direction, I oversee the entire R&D lifecycle — from conceptualisation to market deployment — directing a team of researchers and developers so every product stays rooted in statistical integrity. That work has steered the organisation toward new frontiers in AI and SaaS, particularly in qualitative data intelligence.
Played an instrumental role in the foundational development of NYABAMU's flagship AI-driven qualitative data tool — designing the statistical models behind it and ensuring its reliability and accuracy as it automates transcription and analysis of field research.
Designs and implements full-cycle Monitoring & Evaluation systems, Theories of Change, and Results-Based Management frameworks with SMART indicators — applying RCTs, Difference-in-Differences, and Propensity Score Matching to isolate true program causality.
Designed, managed, and executed 5+ comprehensive studies spanning Agriculture, Education, Environment, and Health — delivering clients granular, high-fidelity data that informs critical business and policy decisions.
